14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Bellman DSGE and within fourteen (14) days of your first payment decide it doesn't fit your needs, you are entitled to a full refund of that first payment. No questions asked.
The 14-day window applies to new subscribers only — one per customer.
How to request a refund
You have two routes; either works:
- Contact Paddle directly: click the support link in your receipt email. Paddle's buyer-support team processes refunds under their Buyer Terms.
- Email us: bellman@quantfit.app with your Paddle receipt number. We will route the request to Paddle.
Refunds are processed by Paddle within Paddle's standard timeframe (typically 5–10 business days). The funds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle subscription-management portal (link in your receipt). Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
Customisation tier
Bespoke customisation agreements (central banks, treasuries, white-label deployments) are not sold through Paddle. They are direct annual contracts with QuantFit governed by their own signed terms. This refund policy does not apply.
Paddle's role — Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record on your receipt and the legal counterparty for the transaction. Their Buyer Terms govern refunds for all subscriptions sold through Paddle.
